I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are about. I had a wonderful experience. I brought in 2 coats to dry clean, one which was very very dirty and had gotten moldy over the summer in storage. I wasn't sure if they would be able to do anything with it but I figured it was worth a shot. I wish I had a before picture because it looks totally brand new now! You would never know how bad it looked before.
