Patrick was flexible with his schedule and I was able to secure an appointment within 15 minutes of my initial inquiry - no back and forth phone tag or waiting for an email response. I was able to schedule online and communicate with Patrick promptly via text to make any schedule changes. Which was great because we were working with a short deadline. He had excellent communication via text and email about our appointment times and what to expect as well as any questions we had. Patrick did my home inspection and did a great job didn’t look past anything even the smallest thinks he went into and inspected and explained in a simple yet very detailed manner explaining how important certain aspects can be and how they can become costly in the future if looked past and his summary was very detailed with many pictures and videos with notes and drawings explaine them in detail

Patrick was very easy and pleasant to work with. I was unable attend the inspection, but he fit me in very quickly, provided excellent communication and thorough explanation of everything I needed to know. Will definitely work with him again.
