Couldn't be happier. Furnace went, and he was at my house within a few hours. Easily diagnosed and fixed the problem. Charged a very fair fee. Told me to call if same issue persists, as he stands by his work. I needed him again just a week later for a separate issue. He checked out the furnace, and didn't even charge a service fee, as the remedy was quite simple.
