My wife visited here for a pedicure, manicure, and eyebrow waxing. She was walked in, but had no problem at all being served. She was extremely pleased with the work that was done, and would return in the future if she was in the area.

Alright where do I start… I went here with my sister… her nails looked amazing but my nails were uneven and not even a week in all most all of mine have fallen off. I will be calling and letting them know but it was not worth the $55 I spent on my nails. I’m highly disappointed.

I Love getting my nails done here, Vivian my nail tech is a sweet person, Her work is by far thee best I've ever had my nails done, tbh I had a nervous condition and I used to bite my real nails down pass the bed and everytime in the past when I've tried to get my nails done they always fell off within a couple days and I honestly gave up hope with getting nails ever again, however in September of this year Vivian was thee First nail tech in my experience who's Able to do my nails to the point they never fall off and to add she always on point with the designs or colors I may want, My real nails now are actually getting longer which is something I've never experienced since I was probably 4 or 5 years old and I'm 38 now, I actually Love my hands and nails now I have more confidence in my Nails now and that's something I've NEVER had. And her Coworkers are very nice people and funny it's a man that work up front who do nails and no matter when I come in he's always just naturally funny lol he just be having a good time with his clients and coworkers and he really sets a funny yet professional mood for the shop lol.. ALL the people who work here are Good at their Jobs and if I could give 10 stars I will✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️ Love you all ❤️❤️

Came here with my bestie . Never had I experienced such frustration. When we arrived for our appt . Only one of us got our nails started and finished while one waited for someone (anyone) to come start on the others. I waited in this cold gel mush stuff ( reminds me of the gel stuff in diapers to soak up excess liquids) . There were plenty of other staff that could of hopped in! I finally have the lady in both 7 just do a simply nail polish change. The tech was horrible. Please see pix! ***On the other hand . My friend had amazing experience with another tech so I guess it depends on your sexual pref , race , or class to get good customer service. Take your business else where DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

The pedicure was great! New tips are not so good. Rushed me through the process, and they weren't that busy. I got switched between 3 different nail technicians. They could do better if they weren't jumping around between customers and stayed focused. I would return to give them another chance.

Definitely not what pedicures used to be. They couldn’t get me out of the chair fast enough and with still wet nails couldn’t get me out the door faster. Not returning.
