Terrible customer service. I called 10 times this morning to ask a simple question and nobody answered the phone. I finally got in my car and drove there to ask my question. First I walk in and there are absolutely no customers and the two woman at the desk couldnt even greet me. I had to greet them. I drove there to ask my question because nobody answered the phone. My question couldn't be really answered because the doctor wasn't even there. If the phone was answered I wouldn't have had to drive there and waste more of my time. The icing on the cake for me was walking in and not even being greeted. I probably will never go to this location. Oneida, NY has way better customer service..

My experience at Empire Vision Works was a good friendly experience from all the staff and including the eye doctor. Everyone was in good spirits and made my appointment go stressless. Thumbs up the the staff there much appreciated for there work!

Staff seem to hate their jobs. The office is very run down. The dr seems sketchy. The office is very hard to get ahold of and has poor customer service. Save yourself a trip and use 1800contacts free eye exam.
