Blown Away offers a range of hair services. One client experienced a hair emergency and was successfully accommodated, with their son's hair being absolutely crushed and salvaged. The stylist explained each step and verified with the client, resulting in a confident outcome that was priceless. However, another customer reported that their hair did not come out as hoped. Despite being a new customer and a referral, they received no response after attempting to contact the business to have it changed. This resulted in the customer having to spend additional money at another salon to fix the issue, which involved three different colors that were not blended at all.

Idk what to say. The stylist is nice. My hair never turns out the way I expect it to or how I describe to the stylist. My hair always ends up heavy and choppy at the ends even though I show a photo and describe how I want it done. The salon could use a deep cleaning as well.

I called in a minor panic after my 16 year old son's cut went wrong at the barbers, and Jessica I believe, managed to squeeze us in between a client's coloring 45 minutes after I called.
She not only salvaged his hair, but absolutely crushed it.
He was pretty devastated after the first cut, and nervous to try again, but she explained what she was doing during each step, and verified with him throughout the process.
To watch him strut out a confident man was absolutely priceless.
For context: the inspiration, his hair before, after the barber, and lastly after she trimmed, and blended it.

It did not come out at all like I had hoped, which happens from time to time, but I called right after I got out into natural light and left a message, as well as sent a text requesting for a time to come back and have it changed-no response whatsoever. I was a new customer and a referral and almost every stylist I have ever been to, especially when new advises that if you are not happy to please let them know and they will fix it. I spent $140 and had to go spend another $80 at Ulta getting it fixed. Three different colors-not blended at all.
