I called this morning around 9:30 and got a prompt response. They were able to come the same day and diagnose my central air issue. Turns out one of my children had flipped off the emergency switch so the system wouldn’t run! They were professional and I would highly recommend!

Was a cold and nasty winter night in upstate NY. I called 8:22pm and explained my problem to dispatch that my thermostat read 65° but furnace wouldn't blow heat. Within 3 min I received a call from John an outstanding gentleman with around 20 years experience in the business. Following our call John promptly came and quickly determined it to be the Igniter. He had it replaced and running within 10 min of showing up.

Amazing service showed up in 30 minutes very helpful and friendly . We finally have heat again was fixed very quick and efficient . They were able to help us after we were ripped off by another person extremely thankful will be recommending to everyone
