I called Ber Mor on an early, cold Sunday morning. John was here in 20 mins. He accurately (and quickly) identified/fixed the problem. He didn't try to sell me parts I didn't need. He only charged me for the service call. He also educated me on how to troubleshoot issues in the future. I will recommend Ber Mor to family and friends.

I called this morning around 9:30 and got a prompt response. They were able to come the same day and diagnose my central air issue. Turns out one of my children had flipped off the emergency switch so the system wouldn’t run! They were professional and I would highly recommend!
