We had a fantastic experience with Swim King from start to finish. After moving into our home, we discovered major leaks in the underground pool pipes. Fixing the issue required tearing up our bluestone patio and replacing the entire piping system—a big and potentially stressful job. We decided to take the opportunity to also upgrade our pool steps and replace the old, faded liner.

I purchased a PDC hot tub thru Swim King and it stopped heating-contacted SK and Paul called me back and said it is covered under warranty and sent a team out the next day. They arrived the next day in the morning and by the afternoon had replaced the defective parts and had the hot tub working again. They were very professional, neat and organized. It was a pleasure dealing with them.
