I have used Rich Blandi from RB & Son Electric Inc. for several projects now, and he is hands-down the best in the business. As a real estate professional, my reputation depends on the quality of the people I recommend, and I send all of my clients to Rich without hesitation. He is personable, incredibly dependable, and his technical expertise is top tier. Every client I’ve referred to him has been impressed by his work ethic and professionalism. Rich is amazing. He was able to help us out in an emergency before we had to leave. The state was able to get to us quickly able to diagnose the problem fast and his price was extremely reasonable. I would recommend him to anybody. He's also friendly and attentive and listen to what I was describing. When telling him the problems we were having. Rich & Crew are great!

RB was recommended to me by a relative and I’m so glad I called him. We recently purchased our home. He’s installed five ceiling fans with lights and two light fixtures and checked outlets inside and out. I was nervous as at my last home three electricians told me everything was fine when we actually had copper, aluminum, and cloth together in some spots - a fire hazard. Rich and his employee know what they are doing and do not cut corners. The prices are terrific with no surprise fees.

(x posted from Google) Not a great experience. I recently had a power surge at my house in rocky point. I called PSEG they came and "fixed it", about a week later I was installing an outlet cover when I heard a pop and my entire electric went out. I thought it was something I did so I called RB and sons and rich came over pretty quickly (one star). However my experience was not great. First thing first he bad mouthed all the previous electricians that had done work on my house( may have been warranted but I'm not sure I'm not an electrician). But the overall problem was that he had no idea what was going on. He started ripping apart my main panel including my generator panel. He still couldn't figure it out. He ripped out my dimmer switches and told me all my appliances were fried and I needed to get new ones. He was at my house for a couple hours on a emergency rate and rather than saying "I'm not sure what's going on" he just kept ripping s*** out. Prior to leaving he did say call pseg to come check it out so I did. They came later that night and said the neutral was not connected at the pole and any electrician should have found that. Worst part is after ripping these things out and not finding the problem he never put them back. Overall he did more harm then good. The next day I called him and told him. He told me "I checked that that couldn't have been it" but I don't think that's true and he still decided to cash my check. 1/5 will not call again.

Rich and his team are the best! I have used R&B Electrical several times in the past few years. They are reliable, affordable, and stand by their work. Five stars is not enough for this company. Thank you, Rich!!
