“RACIST! Giving 5 stars so it doesn't get pushed to the back. A month ago i walked in on a busy Saturday and they said i needed an appointment, it was a man at the door, so i will assume it was ROBIN. I didn't think anything of it because i had never been before and didn't know their rules and it was a packed Saturday. I CALLED this morning asking if i needed an appointment or could I walk in whenever today. HANA answered the phone and said i could walk in whenever, after not knowing the exact time I'd be able to come.
Once i get there roughly 3 hours later, only two women were in the salon to get their nails done....HANA asked me if i had an appointment and I told her no, that i spoke to her earlier in the day and she told me to just come in. She proceeds to say, maybe i had the wrong salon, and tried to not service me. She then turned her attention to another patron, and i used that time to double check to make sure the phone number in my call log matched up with the address I was at and it did. I immediately started recording, she tried to tell me I must have the wrong salon, and as soon as i told her I was recording she switched gears and i was able to be seated.
Right after I sat down a white woman comes in and without an appointment, said she called and they immediately said okay and serviced her.
YOYO did my nails, she did a good job and i tipped Her because even if she is racist she herself didn't show it so i didnt want to not tip her.
I am an esthetician myself and took notes on anything out of code, I will be calling the commission of human rights and board of cosmetology on that salon.
HANA, complimented my nails on the way out, I thanked her, paid and left. I would love to call and make an appointment in the future, then walk in again and see what they say.

“2/23/25 was here today again the last manicure lasted so great! I was a mineral gel. Emily does a great job and is so nice!! Never rushed !!! Needed a light color this week and I like it …. Next time I go back I’ll be back to my dark colors!! DEFINITELY MAKE AN APPOINTMENT …. They are very busy and to just walk in is virtually impossible.
