High Performance Martial Arts in Rockville Centre has been an incredible part of my family’s life since 2020. My daughter and I have both been students here for several years, and our experience has consistently been positive and rewarding.
I train in the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program, while my daughter is enrolled in Tae Kwon Do, and we have both grown tremendously through the instruction we’ve received. The classes are well organized, challenging, and taught in a way that prioritizes safety, respect, and steady personal growth.

Having both my boys in this martial arts program was the best choice. It is family friendly, the Masters and Instructors really care about the students. They encourage them to excel in all the events they make available to the students. Everyone are always friendly and always have a smile on their face when the students walk in. I most definitely recommend High Performance Martial arts.
