Terrible I can't even believe I just paid for that blow out. It looks like I just ran through it quick with a hairdryer before any styling despite asking for a bouncy blowout for a wedding. The girl clearly had no idea what she was doing and was surprised when I didn't love hair that looked still wet. I was told to not come here by friends and did it anyway out of desperation; never again

Jess is a serious professional, her color skills are excellent. She squeezed me in very last minute on a Saturday in June- and I will keep seeing her. Also, she owns Village Green another fantastic RVC food spot if you want super fresh, delicious food. Kudos Jess and congrats on your continued success.

@ Stephen the owner. I didn't say your policy was "stupid". You cannot quote me because you didn't speak to me on the phone. I only spoke to your manager. Also it would have been nice to have informed me of this policy on Tuesday when I made the appointment. Instead I got a text that you couldn't reply to. Luckily I was able to find another salon that was able to schedule me for Friday morning.
