Great customer service and nice selection of frames. My only gripe….cost! It’s still too expensive to get a decent pair of glasses

I walked into the vision works to replace my frames that broke. I was greeted by an associate very friendly. I told him my situation. He had me sit down and another associate came over to help me out. I believe his name was Tom or Tim. He was exceptional Karen, he took care of my situation. With such grace, I was truly impressed by him.

My appointment was handed promptly. The staff was very professional and helpful.

The appointment was seamless. All done thoroughly and at a good pace. Jeffrey is phenomenal and I will likely make the Rockville Ctr branch my go-to now.

I’m still waiting to hear from Visionworks for my glasses. I went end of November it has now been more than a month. I was told they will contact me still waiting
