Stay away from this location. Booked an exam for glasses under the impression they took my insurance. A week later go for the exam and they tell me I'm out of network. They could have told me that when I went in there the first time. Owner is an obnoxious old man who tried to bait me into an altercation when I walked out. Read all the other negative reviews about this place and you'll notice a theme. Use at your own risk.

What a great experience today. I brought my elderly mom for an eye exam to renew her license. The staff helped her purchase two sets of eyeglasses and were ready within the hour. The doctor waived the DMV fee. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Have been here a couple of times, exams are ok and properly administered, but they overcharge for absolutely everything. In addition, the male worker is incredibly rude...get a grip dude

0 stars! The customer service was terrible. The person assisting me was dismissive, rushed through the conversation, and expected me to know everything he was talking about without asking questions. He threw out random prices, and it was clear he didn't even understand what they meant. I will never return to this location and would not recommend it to anyone.

This is based on my daughter's experience today. Made an appointment, showed up on time, had to wait 40 minutes for a 5 minute contact lens exam. Was offered a year's supply of daily wear contact lenses for $1125 plus $129 for the eye exam, at which point to called me and I said thank them, get the prescription, we'll order them online. She was told that the eye exam price was discounted based on buying the lenses from the store. However, since she was not doing that, the price became $179 for the exam. Once she came home, we purchased the exact same lenses for $520--literally more than half the price she was quoted at the store. Unethical, to say the least. Stay away.

The male/head worker was Pushy, short, quick to leave me, rude and arrogant. Terrible customer service. Not fully transparent. I always leave feeling jipped and treated not nicely. He wouldn't take my insurance . He said only if I bought lenses. (It didn't matter that I spent money there.) I will NOT be going back and neither should you. On a nice note the female who did my eye exam was Lovely!

This is a fantastic store. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. They have incredible customer service and professional service. Their eye exams are very professional. I highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for eye glasses.
