I'm giving three stars because to be fair nail salons in NYC are all terrible. This place is super gross though. They don't clean ANYTHING. Spraying the tools with disinfectant just before use and wiping with a dirty towel does nothing. When I went the woman next to me clearly had nail fungus and they were all looking at it and touching it, no gloves, no hand washing. ? I don't know why they even bother with the plastic liners.

Ms Lilly greeted me at the door and set me up with two wonderful women pedi and mani. Ms Lilly made sure I was comfortable with what she thought was the best for me. My nails are beautiful my feet feel great. I’ve never been to a mail place that was this wonderful an experience.

This as my second time. Friendly staff and good quality. I prefer regular gel even though they will ask if you want powder. A few if my nails are a bit bumpy but that wasnt my experience the first time. Hoping it was just an old polish issue. Love the matte top coat
