Although Keith is knowledgeable and seems to have done a good job on my wood floors, make sure you do not over order any of the wood floor coatings, Monocoat Rubio Pallman Magic Oil or any other. To ensure that you have the correct quantity, double-check with the manufacturer and provide them with your square footage. I did so and bought 1.5 quarts vs. the 2 quarts of Monocoat Keith recommended. He said that stores would take back the unused which was not true.On top of that, Keith did not return the leftover Monocoat despite claiming he had a tiny bit. Keith is capable of beautiful work. Unfortunately, he put a nail through my hydronic plumbing when he installed my gorgeous floors.Accidents happen to professionals.Unfortunately for me, and clearly from others, Keith decided instead of being a man and a professional who would take responsibility for his honest mistake, he would rather just vanish and make me deal with the damage from thousands of gallons of water in my home he created, through my own homeowners insurance.Beware to anyone contracting Keith.

Keith is capable of good work. unfortunately, when he accidentally put a nail through my plumbing, he vanished instead of dealing with it like a man. He caused incredible damage to my home and did not take responsibility. He dishonestly responds to the google review by saying we went to court regarding this issue, but that is not true either. it was the second time I contracted him in hopes for matching quantity that his true cowardly character appeared again and his work was left incomplete. We have enough cowardly men in this country hiding behind their wives. Do not recommend.
