This Barber Shop was opened in 1959 and has not changed much since then, which is a good thing! In the early 1970’s my father would take me to this barber shop and I would get my haircut when I was 5-10 years old. Back then, East Henrietta Rd was a two lane street, there was no Marketplace Mall, Carvel Ice Cream, Peddlers Bike Store, Kurlan Pharmacy were next door and Agostinelli Deli was located where the Liquor store is now. Fast forward to this morning when I needed a haircut since my stylist was not available. I walked in just after the barbershop opened and Nick immediately helped me.
