Just picked up my third set of glasses I’ve purchased in the past six years from this Walmart. Tiffany is the best!! I walk in with my prescription, she takes my info and measurement for where I need the bifocal line and I pick them up in like 10 days. Every pair has fit perfect and the lenses are always made the way I need them. Previously I had ordered elsewhere and had to have the lenses redone multiple times. Very pleased as usual!!

Went in to purchase a pair of frames to fit my sons lenses cause he broke his. The girl was nasty and rude and told me it was a liability to purchase the frames. I told her the other location does it all the time what is the problem. She then proceeded to tell me to go to the other location then and was extremely rude over talking me. Total attitude and rude! She should not be working in customer service if she is going to yell and scream at a customer and can’t handle speaking in a normal tone of voice.

The staff will literally never answer the phone. I used to come here when I was younger and it’s has gone all the way downhill since.If I could rate zero stars I would. Don’t come here.
