I have been seeing Dr. LaPlante and his team for a herniated disc. It was easy to get an appointment and the staff helped move along the insurance process so that I could get a small procedure within 2 weeks. The entire team is kind and takes time to answer all of my questions so that I can take responsibility for my follow up care. I would definitely go back if needed and would recommend to friends!

I took my mother here as she has been having back pain for a long time. She has seen other doctors, and they have given her various kinds of pills. She wanted some non-surgical therapy to help her with her pain. I saw on their website that they had physical therapy, hydro-therapy, etc so I had high hopes for this place. After the first visit, they ordered an MRI. Okay, that's understandable, she hadn't had one of those in awhile. Second visit, they wanted her to schedule a test where they inject a numbing thing into her spine. Not a treatment, just another test. Why should she have to have something with a needle, that isn't even therapy, to get some hydrotherapy?... read full review
