I feel the need to give a great big shoutout to Angela and Nasha at the Ulta Store in Pittsford, NY. They literally saved the day! I traveled from out of state for a family wedding only to realize that when we arrived, I had forgotten to bring my makeup. All of it, including my perfume! What was a girl to do in a pinch? Well you go to Ulta of course! I was greeted by these lovely ladies and they went above and beyond to help me. I cannot say enough how helpful they were!! In addition, I’m loving my new products! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Today I got a hair treatment from Rachel N for the first time. She was so kind and when she provided my service she educated me on products and what will work with my hair. We talked about continued treatment and hair goals. She is very good at what she does and is so passionate. I shop here a lot and always have a great experience at this store in general. Julie from Clinique is awesome, she is so knowledgeable on skin. I also went to a masterclass here and it was hosted beautifully. The manager Kristin is incredible! She went above and beyond to help me! She was so kind and during my time shopping in the store I also saw her helping so many customers and members of the staff. I will definitely make sure to come back to this location since she made it a wonderful experience. Thank you Kristin!!
