Visited the area for the weekend and ran into this location for specific hair and nail items. I was impressed by very friendly staff. And the manager was super helpful. I usually don't shop at Ulta but will definitely start.
I have green undertones in my skin, so its very difficult to find lipsticks that work for me. But this Ulta has Juvia's Place, which has been a god send. That brand has true nudes (not ruddy browns) that look great on me.
I had to dock a star, because of the staff. There are some amazing, helpful people that work here. But Ive also had a woman laugh at me for asking for more affordable recommendations. Your mileage will vary, depending on who is working when you walk in.
My first time shopping at an Ulta and it was great! I was kindly greeted within seconds of walking in, I was asked by numerous employees if I needed help. The store itself was very nice, clean, well stocked and overall a great environment. I met an incredibly nice, friendly and very kind employee named Emmanuel who helped me when I needed and chatted with me for a couple of minutes. It meant a lot since it was my first time going to an Ulta and the last time I went to a store that sold beauty products I was treated terribly and it made me never want to go back.
