I was told to call in the morning to get a time estimate. I was told 11. At 12:30 it hadn’t arrived so I called to check on the time. I was told they’d changed the schedule and the new estimate was 3-5, without calling to update me. At 4:30 I called and was told 45 more minutes. The truck didn’t get there until after 6. Absolute zero communication the entire day and zero apologies for wasting my entire day. Driver was great though.

The team did deliver the package undamaged and as expected. However, they just left it in the street. My driveway was clear and I was at home. No one rang my doorbell, they just left the pallet in the street. I discovered the pallet 20 minutes after they left and called the office. They refused to send the driver back out to move it to the end of my driveway. I had to unpack in the street and carry all the items one by one to the back of the house.

10/11/21 UPS Freight shipping quote was $198.21. Seeming reasonable, we requested a pick up. Driver that picked up pallet was helpful and nice. That's the only good part of this review.Shipment was delivered within a few days. They rebilled us $2179.97.We are still fighting to reduce this bill. We have spoken to no less than 9 (english is a 2nd language) people. They have been pleasant, but useless.As of 8/24/2022, still a problem without any progress.Do not use them. They are not UPS!Why do I have to post a review to get someone's attention?
