Two Brothers Pro Wash

We hired two brothers power washing services to do our home with vinyl siding and clean out the gutters. I would of gave 5 stars if it wasn't for the miscommunication between Matt and Ray in reference to keeping the appointment that was scheduled by Matt. Although it was a pleasure speaking with Matt and being quoted a great price for servicing our home, I was told my cell number was lost, even after Matt and I spoke two different times, and he even sent a text with the quote. Appointment day comes and no call from the company and no show to our home. We called the company three times that day with no answer. The next day I noticed a few emails from Matt claiming my number was lost, their tools were broken and couldn't do the job that day. Again thier phone wasn't broken when we called the day of our appointment just no one answered three times. Ray ended up calling and said he found my number from the inquiry online, I said yes I still would like the job done, he offered to do the complete job for free. Ray showed up, professional and prepare to do the job. our house was sparkling clean from the wash, and our gutters were thoroughly cleaned. He did an absolute amazing job! Thank you. We did pay the majority of the bill despite losing a full day worth of income {we both work from home and disclosed it at time of quote} and being inconvenienced. We are very happy with the workmanship and outcome. We are going to use them again as their price was reasonable and the outcome was impeccable. I would recommend based on that it gets a 10/10 for me, not the communication mishap, broken tools, not answering the company phone x3, or loss of my cell number.
