Don’t anyone get towed by them. They broke the muffler off my friend’s car while towing it last night and then tried to hide the damage by using bungee cords. Whoever did the tow was probably stupid enough to where they didn’t realize heat from mufflers will melt bungee cords. We knew something was wrong and now we’re going to be getting a statement from my friend’s mechanic. Don’t put your lives in danger, get towed through a more trustworthy company who won’t damage your car and hide it
I was given an estimated wait time of 55min for road side assistance. After two hours of waiting and two follow-up calls to the company, they ended up canceling on me with a ridiculous excuse.
HORRIBLE BUSINESS! SCAMMERS, wrongfully towed my car and I had proof of paid parking! They disrespected me soooooo badly calling me all out of my name & the boss was just as disrespectful as the employees! I wish I could give them 0 stars
