I have - no, HAD!! - the world's ugliest toenails. Was embarassed to even ask if Tips & Toes would be willing to work on them. The wonderful man who clipped my awful toenails was thorough and thoughtful. I was so thankful, I gave this great man a very generous tip. Love this spot! Best nail salon in the area and my favorite in Rochester. They are friendly, clean, and professional, and they have great service! Awesome family-run business. I have been going here for years and cannot say enough good things about them

I've gone to them about 4 times now and have not been disappointed. Anytime I have called to make an appointment they were very accommodating and they also take walk ins. The workers are very kind and fast! I also like their prices.
