I don't know where to begin. Eric @Rochester Tile Plus is an amazing and skilled tiler. We called him to help replace the tile in our master bath shower. He arrived within 24 hrs to look the job over when no one else would commit to coming for 6 months. When they tore out the tile there was massive water related damage which led to needing to take the siding off the house and replacing a lot of the structural wood and even had to replace all the wood in the floor of the bathroom and retile the entire floor. High attention to detail for a very competitive price! They took their time on my bathroom remodel and were very considerate of my home and worked around my schedule. They protected all surfaces they walked on. Best tile installer in Rochester NY. Will ask them to do another bathroom remodel very soon.
