I had the pleasure of having Brittany and Anna style wedding hair for myself and 6 bridesmaids and was absolutely blown away! Brittany completely nailed the braided bohemian updo style I was going for and my bridesmaids were all obsessed with their styles. Brittany and Anna were a joy to work with - reliable, professional, and talented but even better they are just so fun to be around! Thank you Brittany and Anna!

Booked with Britney last minute and she gave me a phenomenal cut, even better than the picture I showed her! She knew exactly how to work with my fine but dense curly hair and what to do to get rid of all my split ends without taking too much. Great experience ?

The salon has a nice clean vibe. After tons of research I found the Factory Hairdressing and ended up booking her for my wedding day. I had her put highlights in my hair a year before the wedding and was super pleased with how organic the colors came out in my hair. My bridal party had all different updos and all were happy with the results esp with such humid weather, some even kept it for the next day brunch! Brittany is a great hair stylist, colorist and professional. She managed her time very well given my last min head count requests as well as a complete new bridal updo. With a clientele built by word of mouth, The Factory provides sophisticated salon services in an eclectic setting. Experience the craft of razor cutting, creative color and hair styling uniquely designed for each client. A proud Rochester native, Brittany began her career in New York City at ARROJO Cosmetology School in Soho where she was trained in advanced razoring techniques under the direction of Nick Arrojo. She completed a color apprenticeship at Blackstones Hairdressing in the East Village. With the opening of The Factory, Brittany brings her expertise in color correction, advanced razor cutting and wedding hair styling to her hometown.
