“My experience at Ink Cartel was wonderful. This was my second tattoo in 25 years and I was quite nervous. The shop assistant was extremely helpful and courtious. My tattoo artist was Kim. She came highly recommended for her line work. I brought in reference photos and she came up with a design that I had envisioned.
