I had my comforter dry cleaned and they destroyed it, it is all crumpled up and shrunk. I am upset with them and will take further action to resolve this but I can’t understand how they did not see this problem after it was cleaned and before they folded it and hung it on the hanger. The same one is on sale for $399.00 regular price is $499.00 so it is not a cheap item that I would have expected this to happen

This has been my usual dry cleaning location, until now. I dropped off a coat recently and came back 10 minutes later realizing I forgot money in the pockets. When I came in, my jacket was still on top of the pile and the woman knew exactly which one it was…The worker had taken my money and claimed there wasn’t anything in there. I understand there not responsible for lost or damaged items but it wasn’t lost money and I came back immediately to come get it. Really disappointed and don’t plan to be back.

They’re very slow and incompetent. I’ve brought three things here for dry cleaning. Two of the times they couldn’t tell me how much it would cost until after I “called back an hour later” at which point they already had my dry cleaning so if it was too expensive I would need to come back to pick it up.The last two times it has taken them WEEKS longer than agreed upon to finish it. This time I called regarding a blanket that was supposed to be done on the 8th (now the 14th) and was told unapologetically that “sometimes it takes longer” by the girl working there. They honestly shouldn’t be in business.
