I went in to get my heel fixed. I needed it done ASAP because I was leaving for vacation. She took the heel back and stitched where the issue was and gave it back to me within 5 minutes!

Went to get some eyelets repaired on a good pair of hiking boots. He explained the process and the cost involved relative to the wear of the boot. I was able to make a very well informed decision. He also has a very nice store and plenty of stuff to go with shoe service.

I purchased a high-end purse. It received many years of use. Unfortunately, it was white leather. I brought it in and asked if they could make it look better. It looks brand new!This was not a fluke. I have a black leather jacket that has given me many years of use. The jacket sleeves at the cuff had some of the black worn off. The tie belt looked "tired" as well. It looks brand new! I bring all my shoes/boots and now my black leather jacket here. They do an amazing job at a reasonable price.
