Went today for a gel manicure and pedicure and honestly very disappointed. While I was getting my pedicure done, I asked for my little toes to be rounded because that’s the way I like them. She seemed very annoyed when I kept asking her to file because they weren’t round enough. I still have dead skin all over my feet too! They barely filed any of the skin off of my feet. I told them multiple times I had a gel manicure I needed removed. They did not seem to understand and started drilling at my pinky as if I had acrylic on. I like to go here for pedicures because I like the way my feet look when finished. However this nail studio is not the most welcoming and the staff can sometimes be rude. The pedicure is not the most relaxing one but like I stated I like the end result.
