Kim does a great job with my hair. She remembers what she did from every appointment and what worked and what didn’t. She remembers details about me and my life and makes me feel like a valued customer. The salon is accessible. Kim uses schedulicity which makes it really easy to schedule appointments from my phone at any hour!
