Royal (Dino specifically) has handled multiple properties for us and gotten full approval for claims for damage from storms. The level of representation and work has always been above and beyond. We use them for all our roofing and siding component needs even when storm restoration isn’t in the mix. Great company!
These guys were awesome. After 1 1/2 years in our house, we noticed a leak in our ceiling in January. It was an extremely cold and windy winter...I went to Home Adviser and I found Royal Roofing...I called and the next day a gentleman came out with a drone and took pictures of our roof. (really cool)After looking at the pictures, he pointed out that there was no chimney flashing around the chimney resulting in water leaking into our attic. They booked me a few days later. Their crew came while I was at work, they put the new chimney flashing on the roof and we haven't had any leaks since! They were super responsive and the process was easy. Royal Roofing did a great job from start to finish. Dino made the process painless. I had a complete tear-off and Daniel and the install crew worked 12 hour the first day to make sure the house was sealed up in case of rain the next day. They were back at 7:00 AM the next morning to finish up. The new roof looks fantastic and the cleanup was spotless.
