Great place to get your job Search off the ground. The SHIFT Program is excellent. Three week training program. Includes work exploration, resume building, moc Interview, networking and a work coach to help you with all the steps necessary to get that job. Also offers online seminars and job fairs.

Absolutely, do not attend the career exploration workshop. Ask for the survey booklet and fill it out yourself in 10 to 15 minutes. There is no point to having a 2-hour workshop guiding us how to fill out this booklet that will tell you nothing you don't already know.
