I have been here twice for tinnitus. Both times I was provided with poor patient care. Dr. Topf seemed in a hurry both times to get me out the door. He almost seemed annoyed that I was there. The same goes for one of his assistants on visit 2. If you need an ear nose and throat doctor, I would pick a different practice.

I have tried twice to see the doctor for a ruptured eardrum but both appointments were cancelled while I was on my way to the appointments. Takes several weeks to get an appointment.

Took my son here and from the receptionist to the Doctor no patient respect! The receptionist act as if we were a bother to her just by checking in to the appointment and the Doctor well he’s a joke! Walked in the room from a 1960’s horror flick saying what’s this boy here for! Boy- “I said this boy has a name and it’s Braydon!” He proceeded to do a brief exam and asked very little questions! After he looked down his throat he said well I see nothing but we will have to a swallowing test! Me: Test was done a month or so ago and they saw no blockage nor anything stuck in his throat! Goes back while looking down at the desk says we’ll not much I can do , bye!...read full review
