I had a major water issue at my house and Roc Cleaning and Restoration was there within a hour of me contacting them. They were ready to start my restoration that day!! Roc Cleaning is an amazing company!!! Quick to respond even when you know they are getting a lot of calls for the same problems during troublesome weather. We had a Sump pump fail and flooded our basement with about 3 inches of water before we realized it. Called them and Patrick responded back within 10 min. Then he came by with blowers and air circulators along with a massive dehumidifier in about an hour and half. Very responsive and had enough to dry areas of concern. definitely recommend them!!!! They also do carpet cleaning and remediation. Luckily I did not need either of them and caught it early enough. Thanks again Patrick for your service. I will... read full review

I cannot say enough good things about this company. My couch was in really bad shape and I honestly thought there was no saving it. Somehow, he worked an actual miracle. It looks and smells brand new and I’m still in shock at the transformation. The owner was professional, kind, and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. He didn’t rush, paid attention to every detail, and truly cared about the results. As a mom, this meant everything to me. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. I am beyond happy with this service and will absolutely be recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you again for such amazing work!
