Dr. Ryan is excellent -- thorough with diagnostics and pleasant. The connection with Flaum is problematic. I wanted to schedule an appointment with Dr. Ryan for an eye issue I've had before, but was routed through a different eye care facility out of Strong, where the doctor wrote off my issue. I've called to try and reschedule with Dr. Ryan but they will not allow me to. Also, any time I call to reorder contacts, the hold times are long and the customer service representatives are less than pleasant. Dr. Ryan is the best doctor I've ever had...for anything. I've been going to him for over 15 years and can't say enough nice things about him. He's a great doctor, personal, professional and genuinely nice. I'll recommend him to anyone and everyone, anytime. My favorite, hands down.
