Quality Carpets is THE BEST! From the moment we walked in Kim took great care of us. She's a bit of a character which just served to make a normally draining process fun. She listened to our needs and made some great recommendations. We were given a preliminary estimate and a gentleman came over to measure... and the price actually went down a little. Our carpet came in on time and they worked around our schedule for installation. The installers (company men, not subcontractors) were fantastic. They ripped out the old carpet, laid the pad and new carpet and cleaned up in about 2 hours for a fairly large room. Support local. Kim and Quality Carpets does it right!
A friend of mine needed carpeting. So I called and talked to Kim and within minutes. She had been the type of carhe was looking for and texted it to me with a picture. I sent. Her the measurements for him earlier. It was in 2 weeks it was installed. They did a wonderful job. It's a great place kim is wonderful. My friend loves the carpet and says they did a terrific job installing it.
Posting this review from my mother, she had carpet put in and this is the fourth or fifth time she has went to quality for her carpeting. The owner is pleasant and nice and they do a good job.
