You get what you pay for. Not the worst gel mani, but definitely not the best.I’ve been filing the rough tips (so rough they were snagging on my clothes and hair) and picking off gel from the cuticles for the past 3 days. I’m from out of town so I had no time to go back and ask them to fix the issues. Not the warmest and nicest nail tech either.Hard to get a pic, but the cuticles are ragged in less than 3 days and you can see the sloppy paint job around the cuticles.

If I had rated this place 2 years ago, I probably would have given 2 stars at best. If I asked for the mani/pedi special (that they advertise on an a-frame outside the salon), I would be treated like garbage and my nails would be treated the same. Super uncomfortable and unfriendly atmosphere and trying to upsell you at every turn.My latest experience was completely different! I asked for the special and initially thought I was headed down the same path, but my nail technician was amazing. Took her time and was so friendly - genuinely engaged in conversation and made me feel very at ease.I hope the whole salon has shifted and not just this one technician, but either way...read full review
