Jeff was absolutely excellent from start to finish. I reached out about a bathtub drain issue, and he responded quickly and was able to come by sooner than I expected. He thoroughly assessed the problem, clearly explained what was going on, and fixed it efficiently.

Had a back up on my main sewage line in my basement the other day so I asked my contractor buddy who he uses for plumbing and he immediately recommended Jeff, the owner of Premier Plumbing. Contacted Jeff at like 7pm that evening and he had me on his schedule at 9am the very next morning. Jeff and Keith showed up at 9am sharp, took 30 seconds to take a peek and were off to work clearing the line of the blockage. They had my line cleared out and all the standing water off the floor, new parts installed perfectly in under an hour.
