Recently had Precision doors work on my garage door which had a broken spring. From the first call into Percision dealing with customer service to the work with technician Zikret Osmic, it was a pleasant experience. The technician Zikret, who performed the work, was very professional and polite. It was a pleasure using Precision.
Well that was easy, owner showed up took a few minutes to quote and order unfortunately its a custom size door. They called in advance and showed up on time and 1 guy came out and knocked out the whole job in less than 3 hours! I had Zikret out from Precision to replace my garage door opener. Z was so easy to work with and helpful for me to make a decision on what to install.
