Staff were absolutely amazing here! The clinic is super clean as well. Came in for contraceptives and pap. The provider and nurse explained everything so well. So glad this resource is available to the community!
My insurance makes it insanely difficult to access information about providers, so when I ended up with some reproductive health needs just two days before Christmas, I made an appointment with Planned Parenthood on University Ave.
Every person in the office was kind, professional, and treated me like my feelings and health matter. They helped me understand possible costs from the very beginning, and worked with me to ensure I got the care I needed as quickly as possible. If I could replicate that office in other doctor offices across the country, I would.
I've been going here for years for exams and overall women's health. They are so kind, and so helpful! From helping me with insurance, to answering all my questions with concern, it's a very comfortable environment.
