Gavw been going here for 15+ years. No mattwr the style or color I want, Joe Bailey dies a fantastic job. As my hair grows out it still has shape. I tbink he's the best stylist in the the whole area.

Honestly, I'm very picky when it comes to my hair, and when it comes to Rochester, NY I felt like I had tried every hair stylist in town with mixed to downright horrible results. That is until I came to Personal FX on the recommendation of a friend and I was blown away! Joe is definitely, hands down, the best hair stylist in town. If you have any doubts, don't. Perhaps you're a young millennial/Yelp-ster who is put off by Personal FX's almost nonexistent web presence--which I can only speculate is due to Joe being simply too busy cutting hair and making his customers ecstatically happy to update his Yelp and Facebook pages.
