I have nothing but great things to say about Overstock Flooring and Ben, the manager. He is enthusiastic about helping customers and gets products to contractors and DIY folks and home renovators like me as expeditiously as possible.

I shopped in all of the “usual” stores, looking for luxury vinyl tile that wasn’t planks and that didn’t try to look like wood, but looked like marble instead. Don’t be fooled when the big box stores tell you they have a good-looking, similar product. They do not. I found it with Overstock and could not find it anywhere else.

You’re the BEST, Ben … I would have given you 10 stars if I could!

Can't say enough about the customer service. We were having a little trouble getting started. We went to the store and got a tutoring from Ben who offered to come to my house and get us started. The floor ended up looking fantastic. Customer service and great prices.

I went to a few different stores for flooring before going to Overstock Flooring. I recieved EXCELLENT customer service from Ben the sales manager. When the delivery driver was having problems with his truck, Ben had no problem loading it in his car to deliver to my house. I would and have recommended Overstock Flooring to people.ThanksBen
