I’m always greeted with a smile and everyone is incredibly kind and helpful. I’ve had manicures from several technicians and every one is excellent! They take time to make sure you are happy with your results. I always request something a little unusual, like opalescent magnetic metallic cats eye, and they do an amazing job! Very clean and hundreds of colors and effects to choose from. I definitely recommend Nailscape! I have been there when they have had difficult customers who ask for extras and then don’t want to pay for them, and people who complain that they aren’t happy when the manicure is done. Since moving here from miami and DC I have not found a nail salon I liked. I have been to VIP in Fairport but always leaves feeling like I settled. Hannah took her time on my mani pedi and did such an amazing job. I got a full set with gel and they look and feel like natural nails and not fake. This is my new go to for nail salon.

I just had another fantastic pedicure at Nailscape. Great service & so friendly. My feet are extremely dry & the products they use make them feel so soft. Beats most of the expensive places hands down.
