If they’re going to implement a system to sign in (I’ve been coming since before this) then they should check their sign-in sheet regularly to know what people come in for and how long it’ll take. If someone just peeked and saw I was there for my eyebrows, I’m sure I wouldn’t have waited 1+ hour to get them done. Plus someone came in after me and another girl and she must be a regular because she schmoozed her way to get services done before me and the girl. Pretty annoying. Otherwise they’re great staff.

Because they have gone up on everything they need to try and do something around wait time because it's way too long of a wait instead of the employees going lunch when it's a lot of costumers waiting to be serviced they should help out like soaking nails or feet and if it's just a re polish then someone should be able to assist But I'm only saying this because if you want us to pay the prices you have Upped just be willing to do that type of price rate precision!

I went and showed the picture to the lady and she said that she could do what I wanted when she started. She started using the wrong shade of pink and then when I told her that the ombre was too high, she told me it was because I shortened the nail design to begin with. So instead of pulling the design down she started the ombré at the top of my nail. I tried to have it fixed 3 separate times. But it just seemed like we weren't understanding each other. I was going to get my feet done as well but i decided not to. I just feel like my money was wasted. Even tho yhe lady was nice I still didn't get what I wanted.
