Doug was awesome helping me with our business' hinge emergency. High winds slammed our main entry door at Lima Veterinary Center breaking two out of three hinges which were not of a common size. Doug got on it for us first thing when Matthews & Fields opened on Monday morning. He located the needed parts and we had the door repaired shortly afternoon noon the same day. And, Vic, in the lumber-shed, is astonishingly helpful, knowledgeable, careful in selection, and a treat to work with. 22 years of experience he has, and it shows! Thanks!!!!
