Last year they did a roofing job for me, paid for a complete tear off. They didn’t do a tear off per the contract. Winter we had ice daming. Called them. They cleared the ice but damaged the vents which caused more water damage. This year we had it all redone by someone else. Asked about the tear off in the contract, they said one of the laborers said it wasn’t needed. Well I paid for it.Service: Home renovations

Matco Builders (Marco) just finished an addition on our house and the job turned out better that my husband and I expected. Timing was perfect, crew was tentative, respectful and knowledgeable. Marco was very helpful when we were stuck on the design and always available when we needed him. Matco is building our new home in Hilton, NY. We are within days of closing. Everything has been done professionally, with extremely high quality and at a great value. Starting with design and going all the way through construction, we were always kept well-informed of what's coming next. This the third house our family has built (first with Matco) and it is the best experience of them all. I'd build with them again and highly recommend them to everyone.
