Thank you Mark IV Enterprises, for all of your professional help to me navigating through a second location of Neutral Ground Coffeehouse in Corn Hill Center. From the window installation, new patio, flower boxes (and flowers!), and all the support from your staff (plumbers, electricians, security, etc.), I can't thank you enough. Keep ordering breakfast pizza and smoothies from me friends, so i can be right below your offices for a long, long time. Thank you!

In May we signed our first maintenance painting contract with Mark IV. Since then I have had nothing but the pleasure of working with Todd Cappiello who assisted in creating PO’s in a timely turnaround. To today’s difficult tasks of calling on past due invoices- which lead me to the wonderfully polite women in Accounting- Michelle and Josephine! Josephine was so professional, understanding and thorough with me – I assumed God himself handpicked your employees!!How wonderful it is to work with others who shed light in difficult situations and assist without being “crabby” or defensive.
