Makeup in Rochester

“From the time I walk in, I feel welcomed. The salon is always clean and bright.
Ema ALWAYS listens to what I want and works with me to make me feel my best. She is friendly and knows her stuff! I can't think of going to anyone else!
P. S. I live almost 2 hours away from Rochester and Scott Miller is still my choice of salons!

Update 4/2024: Ya know?? Ema always makes me look my best. But, more importantly, she makes me feel good about myself. I always look forward to my appointments with Ema!
Everyone is so helpful and pleasant at Scott Miller!!!

Update 3/28:Ema isn't just our stylist anymore. She's a friend. I love how she remembers things that are going on in our lives and that we have a real rapport. I love that she pushes my daughter to try new things and allows me experiment but always giving me her expert opinion.

7/30: I swear every time I see Ema, I come out with a new favorite hairstyle!!! And she said this is one of her favs ...of course. Because she did it!!

“I'm thrilled with my brows! Laura did an amazing job! I felt compelled to leave this review because initially, I left the studio feeling dissatisfied and surprised with my eyebrows. My main concerns were achieving symmetry, as one eyebrow was higher than the other, and addressing a scar on my right side where hair was missing.

At the end of the session, I found my eyebrows to be excessively dark, despite Laura using a lighter shade on my naturally jet black eyebrows, which left me feeling unhappy. However, Laura reassured me that this initial darkness is common and provided a detailed explanation of the process, including how they would look in the coming weeks.

I must say, the transformation has been remarkable. Many people have complimented my eyebrows, and I've noticed a significant improvement from the first week until now (which I believe is my third week). They now look very natural and symmetric, and my previous insecurities have diminished.In addition to her exceptional work, I want to highlight Laura's kindness and relatability. She took the time to explain each step of the process, making me feel comfortable throughout. Our conversations flowed effortlessly, and I never felt judged.
