This morning was my first visit to Lang Dental. Walking in and checking in with Cynthia was like talking with a long time friend! She was so pleasant and upon check out, she was very thorough in explaining anything needing explaining. I met with Dr. Jess. Having dental trauma from years past, I was a ball of anxiety. Dr. Jess made me feel comfortable from her introducing herself all the way through an exam, X-rays and discussing a future plan going forward. She was very understanding of my concerns and did not pressure me to most expensive treatments. She offered to write up and email me a treatment plan. She even said “we can go at your pace and how you want work done. I left there feeling like a hundred pound weight was lifted off of me. I appreciate how welcoming and supportive they were with me.
Friendly and professional. Never had a bad experience. Lang is the only place I trust to take care of my smile.
